Fear needs a "stimulus" to be activated. The choice of stimulus is a conscious and personal decision - a spider, stage fright, the sight of a gun etc. In my opinion, an influential stimulus that affects most humans is probably the fear of failure.
Should fear be feared? Does fear deserve the recognition it gets? Are we allowed to be afraid?
Like most actions, fear is a function of a reaction in the brain - your brain. You control your brain reaction, you control your fear. It's as simple as saying the words - "No fear." The brain reacts to words - positive or negative.
Fear is a form of energy, and as such is subject to the law of conversation of energy - "Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but can be transformed from one form to another."
In conclusion, the fear of fear is as complicated as fear itself but the energy generated from fear can be large enough to propel you forward if you make the right choice.
